The devil, Satan, the old serpent (Rev. 12:9)

We have here an account of the temptation with which Satan assaulted our first parents, to draw them into sin,

It was the devil that beguiled Eve. The devil, Satan, the old serpent (Rev. 12:9), a malicious spirit, by creation an angel of light and an immediate tried to attendant upon God’s throne, but by sin become an apostate from his first state and  rebel against God’s crown and dignity.

Multitudes of the angels fell; but this that attacked our first parents was surely the prince of the devils, the ringleader in the revolt.

no sooner was he a sinner than he was a Satan, no sooner a traitor than a tempter, as one furious against God and his glory and envious of man and his happiness.

He knew he could not destroy man, but by corrupting him. Balaam could not curse Israel, but he could tempt Israel,

“Rev. 2:14.

But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.“

The Game Therefore Which Satan Had to Play Was To Draw Our First Parents To Sin, And So To Separate Between Them And Their God. Thus, The Devil Was, From the Beginning, A Murderer, And the Great Mischief-Maker. The Wicked One.

There Are Still Mischief-Maker in The World Among God’s People Today Wearing Fig Leaves

There Are Does and Don’t That God Command us not to do, Yet Man Are Still Eating From The Wrong Source And Are Still Wearing Fig Leaves.

The Fig Tree- Represent Man Choice, They Tried To Do What They Thought Was Right,

But It Is Written in The Scripture (Proverbs 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.

IT IS WRITTEN IN

Proverbs 14:12, There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

FIG LEAVES WILL NEVER DO!

The story of this GENESIS 3 is A sad ONE. In the foregoing chapters we have had the pleasant view of the holiness and happiness of our first parents, the grace and favour of God, the peace and beauty of the whole creation, all good, very good;

but here the scene is CHANGE. We have here an account of the sin and misery of our first parents, the wrath and curse of God against them, the peace of the creation disturbed, and its beauty stained and blotted, all bad, very bad. “How has the gold become dim, and the most fine gold changed!”

SOME THAT ARE IN THE CHURCH AMONG THE RIGHTEOUSNESS, HAVE CHANGE / TRANSFORM FROM GOLD TO DIMNESS, MANY ARE disturbing THE CHURCH WITH THE WEARING OF FIG LEAVES, EXPOSING THEMSELVES,

BUT THE QUESTION IS ASKED IN Lamentations 4:1 How is the gold become dim! how is the most fine gold changed! the stones of the sanctuary are poured out in the top of every street.

Some Were Precious Stones, But Now A Stone Of Stumbling, They Change Because They Are Wearing The Wrong Covering, They Are Not Clothed In God Righteousness

In Revelation 19:8

It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

Isaiah 11:5

Also, righteousness will be the belt about His loins, And faithfulness the belt about His waist.

Isaiah 64:6

For all of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment. And all of us wither like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.

Psalm 132:9

Let Your priests be clothed with righteousness,

And let Your godly ones sing for joy.

Zechariah 3:4

He spoke and said to those who were standing before him, saying, “Remove the filthy garments from him.” Again, he said to him, “See, I have taken your iniquity away from you and will clothe you with festal robes.”

Revelation 3:4

But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments; and they will walk with Me in white, for they are worthy.

It was the devil in the likeness of a serpent. Whether it was only the visible shape and appearance of a serpent (as some think those were of which we read, Ex. 7:12), or whether it was a real living serpent, motivated and possessed by the devil, is not certain:

by God’s permission it might be either. The devil chose to act his part in a serpent,  Because it is a false creature, has a spotted speckled skin, and then went straight. Perhaps it was a flying serpent, which seemed to come from on high as a messenger from the upper world, one of the seraphim; for the fiery serpents were flying, according to  Isa. 14:29.

But lets take note people of God

Many dangerous temptation comes to us in gay fine colours that are but skin-deep, and seems to come from above; for Satan can seem an angel of light.

2cor 11:13-14

For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.¹⁴ And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.¹⁵ Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

What Eve thought of this serpent speaking to her we are not likely to tell, perhaps, she supposed it might be a good angel, and yet, afterwards, she might suspect something wrong. How many time men and women are trick, deceived by the one they admire, she or he sound and looks nice, but I say unto you right now, ”not every thing that is nice, is right”

let us remember, The Gentile idolaters, many of them worship the devil in the shape and form of a serpent,

They maintained their loyalty to the apostate spirit, fugitive spirit, gone to the land of NOD- a point of no return wearing fig leaves,  but hello somebody- it is better to be in LOADIBAR THAN TO BE IN THE LAND OF NOD.

Come on love one, hear this!!

THERE IS HOPE IN LODIBAR, BUT IT WOULD APEARED THAT THERE IS NO HOPE IN THE LAND OF NOD, CAIN NEVER RETURN.

WHERE ARE YOU NOW , LAND OF NOD OR LODIBAR OR YOU ARE AT THE BANK OF THE BEAUTIFULL RIVER WAITING TO CROSS OVER INTO THE LAND OF CANAAN BUDER-LAND, THE NEW JERUSALEM.

if you are in “nod” you are in a state of “apostasy”. Check yourself if you are wearing the correct prescribe garment. Are you are wearing fig leaves?

The innocent ADAM AND EVE

The innocent ADAM AND EVE WERE interested IN THE FALSE ANGEL OF LIGHT, THEY   WENT astray AND so The transgressors arraigned.

Upon their arraignment THEY WERE convicted.  Upon their conviction, THEY WERE sentenced, CONDEMED, ALL WE LIKE SHEEP HAVE GONE ASTRAY,

After sentence, THEY WERE liberated

Genesis 3:21

²¹ Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins and clothed them.

SIN and Fear is now the endemic disease to humans, our sinfulness tells us we are eternally separated from God. Fear says we must strike out on our own to survive in a cruel and unjust world.

Insecurities dwell deep within our hearts, and it must be eradicated as much as our sin.

God supplied Adam and Eve with animal coats to replace their fig leaves, and symbolically their sins and obvious shortcomings were remedied.

God needed them to see that being spiritually whole once more would require a good deal more than their ability to make their own leave, Adam and Eve create that which would exposed them, but God was showing them that “FIG LEAVES WILL NEVER DO” so God replaced their LEAVES.

They needed to have a living faith in someone besides themselves. god’s promise to them in that moment was to send them a savior to deliver them from certain doom( gen 3:15).

HE MADE SUBTLE REFERENCE TO THIS SAVIOR’S FUTURE SACRIFICE BY SACRIFICING AN INNOCENT BEAST IN THE GARDEN FOR ADAM AND EVE’S NEW APPAREL ( come on) ( it is written in  Isaiah 63:1 ( put on your beautiful garments with dying garments from Bosra….).

Yes, THIS ANIMAL SACRIFICE POINTED TO WHAT THE LORD WOULD ULTIMATELY OFFER ALL OF HUMANITY. ON THE CROSS, GOD’S SACRIFICIAL LAMD AND ONLY SON, JESUS, WAS CRUCIFIED TO PAY THE PRICE FOR OUR SIN. “ IT IS WRITTEN IN 2COR 5:21  FOR HE MADE HIM WHO KNEW NO SIN TO BE SIN FOR US, that WE MIGHT BECOME THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN HIM”.

Through Jesus, we have an opportunity to return to a state of spiritual being that matches our original wholeness.

The Lord supplies a living faith to our hearts aimed at letting Jesus become the canter of our lives.

Through CHRIST JESUS , we don’t have to pretend,  we cant make it on our own any longer.

God knows that fig leaves will never do , so he sent Jesus into the world to save us from sin, darkness, and ourselves.

Some say that they are save, but still wearing “fig leaves”  MANY ARE MAKING EXCUSE , AND REASONS WHY THEY SHOULD NOT DO THIS OR THAT , YET THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY WORD OF GOD IS GOOD, AS IT IS WRITTEN IN EPHESIAN 4:12-14 {THE WORD OF GOD IS} I COTE “For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.¹³ Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ ¹⁴ That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.

MANY ARE DECEIVED, BECAUSE THEY FIND COMFORT IN THE FIG LEAVES,BUT LET US REMEMBER; God took Adam and Eve fig leaves, you never see where they return to fig leaves.

God take away our “fig leaves and give us proper covering, but some are still wearing the fig leaves, so some churches becomes a fashion show-worship, pagan activities, refusing to wear God covering, giving back the covering of God , wearing fig leaves,

many take off their weddings garments, putting on other garments like “TAMAR” who disguised herself , Genesis 38:14-19 ¹⁴ And she put her widow’s garments off from her, and covered her with a vail, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which is by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife.

¹⁵ When Judah saw her, he thought her to be an harlot, because she had covered her face.

Note: This kind of spirit is among God’s people

¹⁶ And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray thee, let me come in unto thee; (for he knew not that she was his daughter in law.) And she said, What wilt thou give me, that thou mayest come in unto me?

¹⁷ And he said, I will send thee a kid from the flock. And she said, Wilt thou give me a pledge, till thou send it?

¹⁸ And he said, What pledge shall I give thee? And she said, Thy signet, and thy bracelets, and thy staff that is in thine hand. And he gave it her, and came in unto her, and she conceived by him.

¹⁹ And she arose, and went away, and laid by her vail from her, and put on the garments of her widowhood.

She put her widow’s garments off from her

It is in the nature of human, when they want to cheat on their wife, they take off their wedding ring, ( Unlike TAMAR) put it in their pockets, hiding it because they want to deceive another woman, and so some becomes adulterous.

Many so-called Christians today, they take off their beautiful, physical and spiritual garments and put on fig leaves garments to expose themselves to commit physical and spiritual adulteries.

 We all needs to be completely cover up, dress modestly. Cover the body, properly, stop exposing oneself in the present of God,

This causes others to lust and leads to adultery and fornication. Your fig leaves garments will never work in the present of God.

 The age of exposing is over from way back, when God took away the fig leaves and covered them with the covering of the lamb skin.

Men, women, boys and girls we must all cover ourselves physically and spiritually. Cover your physical body properly and cover yourself spiritually with the blood, the word, and and let the Spirit of God take control.

FIG LEAVES WILL NEVER

JESUS CHRIST THE LAMB WHO TAKES AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD. GOD IS SAYING TO SOMEONE NOW, GIVE ME THAT FIG LEAVE GARMENT, it won’t work for you, I HAVE A BETTER, NICERER, CLEANER ONE FOR YOU.
