David prayed, “Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust” (Psalm 16:1).

What David is saying

“ Lord, put a hedge around me, a wall of protective thorns. Guard me and keep me. Observe my every move, all my comings and goings.”

David fully believed that God preserves the righteous. And Scripture says David was helped and preserved in all his ways.

So he  declared in Psalm 121:4-7)., “He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is thy keeper…thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul”

Born To Win

JOSEPH WAS CONCEALED PRESERVED TO SHINE

The faith of the parents of Moses, Ex. 2:3,And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.

 Let’s examine, 1. This was an act of  their faith: they hid their son for three months. Only the mother of Moses is mentioned in this historic acts, but the  father must have consented to it, they must have consulted each other.

They partners together to protect their son by an act of Faith, they did it in concern for the good of their son, to preserve him  from those who would destroy his  little lives, and from those who would corrupt his minds.

• Lets take note here that Moses was a type of Christ, Moses  was persecuted even before he was born.

• Christ was persecuted as soon as he was born, and his parents were warned to flee to Egypt because King Herod is seeking to kill the child, a decree was sign to kill out all baby boys in Bethlehem

For protection run!!.

It is a great mercy to be free from wicked laws and decrees. We must use all lawful means for our security.

Moses Parent saw that their child  was a proper child, a goodly child (Ex. 2:2), exceedingly fair, as in Acts 7:20, In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his father’s house three months:

There appeared in him something uncommon; the beauty of the Lord sat upon him. This child was born to win, born with purpose as a sign was on him to do great thing

Born to communicate with God in the cliff of the rock Exodus 33:22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by.

In the fulness of time this baby face should shine

The Bible said Moses face was shining, (Ex. 34:29), And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.

In the fulness of time this baby face should shine

He was born to shine, before his face could shine, he had to step away from  Pharoah and the kingdom of Egypt, to the Kingdom of The Burning Bush, because in that bush, there was something burning that he had to draw near to see and hear, because  the glory of God was in that bush.

• Moses Parent had no fear

They were not afraid of the king’s commandment, Ex. 1:22. ²² And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive.

That was a wicked and a cruel decree, that all the males of the Israelites should be destroyed in their infancy, and so the name of Israel must be destroyed out of the earth.

• The Enemy Have being to wage war against men from the beginning until now

All this was and is a plan to devastate the church of God and to cause it to collapse. But the word of God said in .. Matthew 16:18  upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Exodus 6:20, And Amram took him Jochebed his father’s sister to wife; and she bare him Aaron and Moses: and the years of the life of Amram were an hundred and thirty and seven years.

 In the pass many risk their own lives to preserve their children, they were committed to do it; they knew the king’s commandment was evil in itself, contrary to the laws of God and nature, But by great  Faith in God  they were protected  against the sinful idea and laws of  men , because they fear God and the fear of men could not destroy their faith in God.

My dear readers, bear this in mind, you are concealed to preserve for the glory of God, so therefore fear no one!!

Fear Paralyzed your Faith But The fear of GOD Consume all Fear!!
